Rodriguez 10:55 AM, Dec 31, 2021

Good day! I would like to request a copy of ITR for my college scholarships purposes. The taxpayer name is Asuncion, Larry L. and the business address is 1378 J & E Commercial Center Lantic Carmona Cavite. The BIR Form no. is 0605. I know this is very immediate and rush of me, but please I am humbly begging you to send the copy before January 5, 2022 because that's the scholarships’ deadline. Thank you for understanding and I am waiting! I apologize for the sudden request.
