Hello. I would like to request a Certificate of Tax Exemption. This is part of the required documents in PERAA so I can claim my benefit there. I was retrenched

I refer to my letter of Jan 31, 2022 11:05:40 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certificate of Tax Exemption.
