I refer to my letter of Aug 14, 2021, 10:55:58 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Tax Form 2306 or 2316 for the year 2017.
In order for us to work further on your request, may we clarify if you are you are requesting BIR Form 2306 (Certificate of Final Tax Withheld At Source) or BIR Form 2316 (Certificate of Compensation Payment / Tax Withheld For Compensation Payment With or Without Tax Withheld) for 2017 as we usually got a request for BIR Form 2316 for immigration assessment purposes? Kindly provide us your employer's TIN, RDO No, business name, and address and for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO.

Good Evening Ana,
From 2009 up to 2016 I am sure I only have 2306 form being submitted by my office.
For the year 2017 I need your help to check if its 2316 or 2306 which the office have submitted.
I will send you details of RDO etc.
