Hi.  We intend to purchase an old townhouse situated near a commercial area but the house is within a compound and can only be utilized for habitation. In such case, is it rightful for the owner to refer to the house the it a s a regular commercial property in terms of the zonal value?

In reply, we called your mobile number today, April 14, and apprised you to directly coordinate with RDO 34-Paco/Pandacan/Sta. Ana/San Andres to determine the proper classification of the property as well as the computation of Capital gains Tax.
