Dear Alain Chester Bacit,

I refer to my letter of Jun 16, 2021 03:45:29 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.  In particular, it would be helpful to know your employer’s TIN, business name & address from 2016-2020 and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO. Furthermore, please be informed that the 2021 ITR is yet to be filed next year, hence, we cannot give you a copy of the same.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sept 09, 2021 12:32:43 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.  However, you may wish to contact your employer to request for a copy of your 2316.

We have forwarded to you the email response of RDO 47 on your request, for your information.
