You asked for Total Sin Tax Collection, Allocation, and Expenditure.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested, particularly the data on total sin tax collection (based on removals) for the year 2018 to July 2023.

Please note that we are only able to provide you with the above mentioned information you have requested, please be informed that for your other data request on allocation and expenditures, the same are not within the jurisdiction of the BIR.
