I would like to request the 2022 Annual Income Tax Return of my father Ronie Payong Buensalida. The purpose of this request is for the fulfillment of Ateneo de Manila scholarship application. I humbly request for your urgent response as this requirement is needed on October 12, 2023.

I refer to my letter of Oct 11, 2023 09:27:27 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, we called your mobile number today, October 12, 2023 to validate your existing eFOI Request, however, it was unsuccessful.
