Hello,

I am a previous Contract of Service (COS) personnel in a government agency, from June 2020 to August 2021. After that, I did became a private employee from September 2021 to September 2023. And then, I am now a government employee with a plantilla position, from September 2023 to present. Do I need to file anything in BIR? I didn't file anything in BIR after my resignation as a COS before. I have a copy of my BIR form 2316 from year 2022 to year 2023 and requesting for a copy for year 2021.
