Hi i hope this message finds you well, I am Mary Jane Dalisay trying to change my status on my TIN ID.unfortunately my record is in makati and i am a permanently residence in lipa city batangas, due of the pandemic i can't travel, i hope you can help me to figure it out what to do,thanks and kind regards

You asked for Change status.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request but query or request for assistance.

For you to transfer or update your record you need to fill up BIR Form 1905 (as attached) and file it to the concerned BIR Office in Makati or ask BIR Lipa to facilitate the update/transfer due to your concern.  You may see our contact nos. at the BIR website particularly the concerned Makati office (there are 10 of them) you are referring to.

I tried verifying your TIN based on your passport but unfortunately I cannot find your TIN record.
