Hi po gusto ko lang po iclarify yung sakop ng RMC27-2011 and RMC53-2011 nakalagay po doon na those voluntary contributions in excess sa mandatory is taxable. Ang tinutukoy niyo po ba dito yung mga employee na freelancers and OFW since ang kanilang employers ay direct silang binabayaran kaya they called it voluntary member? Or ito din po ba yung mga employee na nag upgrade ng kanilang contribution at inallow ni company na ideduct sa kanilang payroll as HDMF Contribution?

Please check Revenue Memorandum Order No. 9-2014 dated February 6, 2014 which provides for guidelines in the processing of requests for rulings/clarification with the Law and Legislative Division.

Your right to request a review
