You asked for Zonal Value.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [reply] of the information you requested.

Dear Ms. Perez:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated September 29, 2021, regarding your request to know the current zonal value of a condominium unit at MPlace South Triangle Quezon City RDO No. 039 - South Quezon City.

	The zonal value for My Place at South Triangle is P79,000.00 for Residential Condominium (RC), P93,000.00 for Commercial Condominium (CC) and P56,000.00 for Parking Slot.
 
	Please be informed that you can view and access the zonal valuation of RDO 39 – South Quezon City  and even zonal values of properties nationwide thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph , click the arrow down button and choose the See Zonal Values tab and perform the following procedures: 

1. Select the RDO where the property is located; (Click RDO No. 39 – South Quezon City)
2. Download the “Zip Excel File” upon checking the file, it will display several sheets; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ tab as it will serve as guide on what sheet has the applicable zonal  
    Value; (Here you will see the effectivity dates from previous to present values)	
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value; (Click Sheet 7 for the current zonal values of RDO No. 39) and 
5. View the municipality and barangay of your property.
