I would just like to request for an online copy of my Certificate of Compensation Form 2316 for the year 2020. This is a part of the requirements I needed to submit for a property that I purchased.

Dear Ms. CAGUIMBAL,
I refer to my letter of Feb 02, 2022 08:47:33 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certificate of Compensation Form 2316.
In order for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned office, please indicate your employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address. and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.
However, it is advised that you better ask for a copy of your 2316 directly from your employer as they are the main source of such documents. It is also mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 27, 2022 01:17:35 AM, your request will be closed.
