Please be informed that your request was endorsed to Regular LT Audit Division III for consideration and appropriate action. 

Certified True Copy of your Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2316) for the years 2013 to 2015. Please note that requests for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer shall be charged with a fee in an amount of one hundred pesos (P100.00) per document, in addition to the Documentary Stamp Tax imposed of thirty pesos (P30.00) under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.

For your request, hereunder is a summary of the fees for payment:

2.       Copy of any government-issued ID of the Taxpayer; and
3.       Copy of any government-issued ID of the Authorized representative

Greetings!

Your Request

You asked for Stamped BIR 2316.

Response to your request:

After careful consideration, we resolve to grant your request for the year 2015.  A copy of your requested information was sent to the email address you have provided.  

However, based on the reason stated below, we resolve to deny your request as to the following information:   Copy of your ITR for the year 2013-2014.

This Office does not have the information you have requested (ITR) since it was only starting 2015 when the employers were required to furnish the BIR with scanned copies of BIR Form No. 2316.  

I would like to ask also for your mailing address as I will be mailing the hardcopy of your requested information via our postal service.  Kindly reply to my email request.
