March 30, 2023 Dear Ms. Garme: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 29, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for My TIN number was invalid. My company is asking me to transfer my current RDO to my current address. Response to your request This is in connection with your request for information, with tracking number ____________________, for the ______________________. After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Other Relevant Personal Information is considered a piece of Sensitive Personal Information that is bounded by the Republic Act (RA) No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and as such, it is not advisable to be uploaded in the FOI Portal because this is a public website. You can now retrieve and/or verify your Taxpayer Identification Number TIN and Revenue District Office (RDO) Code through Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module.
