You asked for BIR Form 1902.

Response to Request

In reply, please be informed on the following:

BIR Form 1902- this should have been provided to you by your employer who applied for your TIN number after the said BIR Form was submitted to the Revenue District Office (RDO).

RDO Code - you may do any of the Online Verification:

1.	Through the Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) TIN Verification and BIR Registered Business Status Search Facility functionality; or

2.	You can now retrieve your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Revenue District Office (RDO) Code through Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module. Revie can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph.
