Good Day!
     I was a former OFW from Taiwan and currently unemployed. I would like to request for ITR because this is one of the requirement for VISA application. I'm planning to go to South Korea for vacation.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 20, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for an Income Tax Return (ITR) for your Visa Application Requirement for South Korea vacation.

In reply, we already called your contact information and informed you don't need to file an Income Tax Return (ITR) if you are unemployed and don't have any income from sources within the country. And NO ITR will be provided to you by our concerned Revenue District Office (RDO) if you have not filed.
