This is for research purposes. I am a student from PUP and currently working on a thesis entitled: The Political Economy of Industrialization in Valenzuela City. In line with this, I am humbly requesting for copies of tax contributions by our LGU.

You asked for Tax Contribution of Valenzuela City.

Response to your request

In reply, please be informed of the following documentary requirements to be attached to your eFOI request:

1. scanned copies of your valid school/organization  I.D; and
2. Written indorsement of your supervising teacher/professor/ instructor pursuant to Section 21.3, Chapter VII-Standard Procedure for eFOI Requests of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

Please be informed also, per Section 21.2 the purpose of your request for information shall be specific or adequately and sufficiently described.
