Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 08, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

Response to your request

In reply, kindly resubmit your request again because your attached Identification Card (in pdf file) cannot be open for download.

We would like to ask, do you have a Registered Business between the period 2006 to 2022? Or were you an Individual Earning on Purely Compensation Income from the period 2006 to 2022?, Not Withstanding your answer to the query, did you file an Income Tax Return for the cited period?

As an added note/reference, if you are an Employee for the period 2006 to 2022, your EMPLOYER is required to issue a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2006 to 2022 pursuant to Section 2.83.1 of Revenue Regulations No. 02-98, as amended which provides that “The EMPLOYER shall furnish each employee with the original copies of Form No. 2316 xxx.” As proof that your taxes were withheld. This will serve as your Income Tax Return (ITR).
