I refer to my letter of Oct 19, 2023 04:53:59 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form No. 2316 and BIR Form No. 1700.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please be informed that BIR Form 1700 is the Income Tax Return (ITR) filed by a Local Employee who did not qualify under the Substituted Filing (The Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax withheld – BIR Form No. 2316 issued by the employer serves as the 1700 or Income tax return of the employee).

In particular, it would be helpful to know the following details on your Filed BIR Form No. 1700.

1)	What is the Complete name indicated in the Income Tax Return you filed?
2)    When did you file your Income Tax Return (MM/DD/YEAR)?
3)	What is your Tax Identification Number as indicated in your filed return?
4)	What Revenue District Office No. (RDO) did you file your form 1700?
5)	Did you file it Online (through BIR Form Facility)  or Manually at the Revenue 
        District Office?

Please be informed further that this office does not have copies of the “No Payment” returns filed either through eBIRForms or eFPS.

On your Other request for BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year (CY) 2018, you may request the said Certificate directly from your (previous) employer as the RDO has no available records/file of the said certificate issued on CY 2018.
