In reply, please be informed that your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is registered at Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 41-Mandaluyong City (and not in RDO 126). Kindly send your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and scanned copies of your two (2) valid government issued I.d.s at rdo_41css@bir.gov.ph and request for the transfer to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.
