BIR Form 1902

Requested from BIR by K. Espiritu at 04:20 PM on Oct 05, 2022.
Purpose: Employment Requirement
Date of Coverage: 09/27/2021 - 10/05/2022
Tracking no: #BIR-126214015464

Espiritu 04:20 PM, Oct 05, 2022

I would like to request a copy of my BIR Form 1902.
My next employer is requesting either a TIN ID or copy of BIR Form 1902 in the absence of a TIN ID. I have no TIN ID at the moment and my current employer is not responsive in providing my form 1902, thus I am requesting this with you.
My employer filed my Form 1902 and was registered at Bataan RDO 020.
As of the present, I have successfully filed Form 1905 to RDO 020 via email to transfer my RDO to my place of residence (RDO 038) in compliance with RMO 37-2019 guidelines for transfer of registration of employees.
