Hi,

I would like to request a copy of every demand letters sent by the BIR to the Marcos family including the tax assessment dated July 26, 1991. 
Please include the taxpayer notice dated October 8, 1992 inviting Mrs Marcos to a BIR conference; the official assessment notice presented to Mrs Marcos dated October 20, 1992 and the subsequent notices sent to her lawyers on April 7, 1993 and June 10, 1993. Please also include every demand letters that you've sent to the Marcos heirs every year from 1991 to 2021.

I do not understand the reason for the denial. If those letters were sent to the Marcos camp then you should have copies of it in your records.
