I would like to request for my latest income tax return.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 10, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for Annual Income Tax Return.

Response to your request:
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Kindly attach two valid IDs with your birthdate and picture, for validation purposes.

Thus, in order for us to properly endorse your request, kindly comply with the requirements stated above. 

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.

 On the other hand, ITR for CY 2021 and 2022 are yet to be file on or before  April 15 this year and next year, respectively.
