You asked for BIR Form No. 2316 CY 2020.

Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

Furthermore, this request has been denied because our office is restricted by rules under Sec. 270 of the NIRC of 1997, as amended, and Data Privacy Act of 2012 as you are requesting on behalf of your parents.
