Hi,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a copy of my Income Tax Return (ITR) for the financial year 2023.

My name is Jeravin R. Dumlao, and my tax identification number is 767271856. I am in need of a copy of my ITR for my next employment.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience. 

Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 04, 2023 02:57:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Request for a Copy of Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, August 4 and apprised you that your EMPLOYER is required to issue a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2022 pursuant to Section 2.83.1 of Revenue Regulations No. 02-98, as amended which provides that “The EMPLOYER shall furnish each employee with the original copies of Form No. 2316 xxx.” As proof that your taxes were withheld. This will serve as your Income Tax Return (ITR).

Kindly coordinate with your employer if you have not receive a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2022.
