I would like to request for the latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR Stamp per BSP Circular 472 AND; latest Audited Financial
Statements

These documents are documents are necessary for my credit-card application.

I am currently working at National Power Corporation but I am not in a regular position capacity.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your ITR for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15, hence, this request is denied.
