In reply, please be informed that we have endorsed your request/concern to the Revenue District office (RDO) No. 8-Baguio City Benguet for appropriate action.
They will get in touch with you as soon as the document becomes available.

Your Request
You asked for Annual Income Tax Returm Form (BIR Form 1701) and Quarterly Income Tax Return (BIR Form 1701Q).
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of your 2022 ITR and 1701Q for the 3rd Quarter 2023 which were the only filed returns per our records.
Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested based on the available records you filed in our office. Please take note that you are registered as EO 98 thus you are required to update your registration.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to The Revenue District Officer, RDO 8, BIR Bldg., 69 Leonard Wood Road, Baguio City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
