I am writing to request a copy of my Income Tax Return (ITR) for the financial year 2022-2023.

My name is Cecilia Pigar Delmoro, and my tax identification number is 620275859. I am in need of a copy of my ITR for my loan application.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience.

I refer to my letter of Oct 29, 2023 04:59:53 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, we verified from our system and you are registered as Local Employee. Your request for a copy of your Income Tax Return/BIR Form No. 2316 for the Calendar Year 2023 can be obtained through your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy thereof as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 23, 2024 01:33:16 AM, your request will be closed.
