(the “Company” or the “Client”), we respectfully request for the certified true copy of the entire casefile/docket for WDL No. RR8A-WDL-2022 04-158 dated 25Apr2022 for the collection of alleged deficiency IT and EWT Interest for TY2007 under Assessment/Demand No. ELA35316/LA3849-07-14-1038.
Due to the length of time involved and the change in officers since the tax audit/investigation for TY2007 was conducted, our Client no longer has any records pertaining to or in connection with the TY2007 tax audit/investigation.
