Hi. I would like to request for the latest copy of my BIR FORM 2316.

Dear Ms.Meimban,

I refer to my letter of July 26, 2021, 10:36:39 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please provide us your employer’s TIN, business name & address,  and email it @ ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph, for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO.

However, your BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct. 18, 2021, 11:17:25 AM, your request will be closed.
