In order for us to work further on your request, In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. You have indicated in your request that you require a copy of your ITR for taxable period 01-01-2020 to 12-31-2021. For verification and clarification, kindly provide additional information on the following:
1. Did you have a registered business between the period 01-01-2020 to 12-31-2021? Or were you an individual earning on purely compensation income from the period of 01-01-2020 to 12-31-2021?
2. If employed, kindly provide the name of your employer/s and registered address of your Employer for the period 01-01-2020 to 12-31-2021?
3. Withstanding your answer to the first and second query, did you file an ITR for the cited period?

Thank you for your request dated Jun 15, 2022 10:13:59 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request
You asked for Income Tax Return.
Response to Request
We regret to inform you that this Office does not have custody of your requested information because the submitted CD of scanned copies of Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2316) by your employer cannot be validated because it is unreadable.
After careful consideration, however, we resolve to grant your request but only up to the compensation and withholding tax information found in the Alphalist of Employees filed by your employer for the period 2021. A certification was made on the information gathered for your purpose, a scanned copy of which was sent thru email.
For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
