You asked for Annual Income Tax Return.

Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, September 20 and apprised you that upon verification with our Internal Revenue Integrated System (IRIS) you are a Mixed Income Earner. You mentioned that you need to clear this with your current Revenue District Office as this should be updated already. 
You also mentioned that the request for your Income Tax Return (ITR) for the year 2021 will be requested to your current employer.
