Good day! In order to review the proper authority delegated to certain officials of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, I would like to request for the following:

1. RDAO No. 3 - 2009 (Delegation of authority to Legal Group pertaining to tax exemption)
2. RDAO No. 2 - 2007 (Delegation of authority to Regional Directors to institute criminal action)

And for compliance and academic purposes, I would also like to request for:
3. Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 14-2001.
