Hi!

I would like to request a copy of my ITR from Nov. 2018 to Dec. 2020. For 6 months, I have been sending my previous company follow up emails, called them through their landline but they do not give me an update. 

I am requesting my ITR for the purpose of Bank Requirements and other legal purpose it may serve.

Dear Ms. Indon,

I refer to my letter of Oct 12, 2021 09:22:04 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

Please be informed that ITR should be filed by you not by your employer thus,  instead of ITR you should request directly from your employer your BIR Form 2316 from 2018-2020 as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.

Kindly provide your employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information so we could properly endorse your request to the concerned office.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 05, 2022 06:47:39 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
