Your Request

You asked for Zonal Value of Batangas City  from 1991 to 1996.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [reply] of the information you requested.

Dear Ms. Castroverde:	
		
This is with reference to your email message dated October 7, 2022, regarding your request for the zonal value of land in Batangas City from 1991 to 1996.

Relative thereto, please specify the exact location of the property you are requesting in order for this Office to properly act on this letter.

Furthermore, please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value; and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
