Does BIR accept this as valid and correct? If so, can you please disseminate this information to all RDOs and Legal department in Cebu?

This is regarding the VAT threshold which RR 13 2018 reverted it back to 1.9M and 3.2M but Cebu RDOs are using 1.5M and 2.5M. They are not recognizing the changes in RR 13 2018.

Please help me inform them.

You asked for help to disseminate information on the applicable VAT exemption threshold on sale of real estate properties pursuant to Section 109(1)(P) of the 1997 Tax Code, as amended, especially to BIR Revenue District Offices in Cebu.  

Response to Request:

Your FOI request is approved. A memorandum will be sent to the concerned offices in Cebu to clarify on the subject matter of your request. Thank you!
