You asked for Zonal Value 2022 - San Jose Del Monte Bulacan.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [reply] of the information you requested.

Dear Ms. Valeriano:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated September 25, 2022, regarding your request for the 2022 zonal value of Igay Road, San Isidro, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Upon verification there is no Barangay San Isidro in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan. Please see attached files for Igay Road under Barangay Kaybanban and Paradise III.

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located; ( Click RDO 25B – Sta. Maria, Bulacan)
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value ; and (Click Sheet 9 for the latest zonal values)
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
