Hi,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a copy of my Income Tax Return (ITR) for the financial year 2022-2023.

My name is Ruth Ocampo Regala, and my tax identification number is 732-829-035-000. I am in need of a copy of my ITR from 2021 to 2022 and VAT/Percentage Tax Return 2023 for the Business Closure of my branch in Quezon City.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience.
