Good day! I would like to request for ITR with the coverage from October 12, 2020 up to the present since it is one of the requirements that I need to pass for my application in pagibig housing loan. I’ve been working in the BPO industry for more than one year already from October 12, 2020 upto the present and my company is Sutherland. Where do you send the ITR once it is available is it thru email or do I need to visit the BIR office? And how long should I need to wait? I hope you could provide my requested ITR and answer my question. Thanks a lot!

Dear Mr. Ranido,

I refer to my letter of Nov 18, 2021 02:01:44 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following details and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these are sensitive information.
-	What ITR form did you file for 2020?
-	Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Also,  2021 ITR is yet to be filed on or before April 15 next year hence, we cannot provide you the same.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 11, 2022 02:55:52 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
