Dear Mr. Kenneth Ivan:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 17, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Stamped or signed TIN verification slip.

Response to your request

After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that the request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.).

We would like to advise you to visit our Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.Ds containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity. If the request is made through representative, a written authorization and/or special power of attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative shall be presented.

Please be reminded that TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Addresses and contact numbers of RDOs can be found in the BIR Website at www.bir.gov.ph homepage/contact us/directory/revenue district offices links.

Thank you.

Respectfully,
