February 17, 2023 Dear Ms. Balatayo: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 15, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form 2316. Response to your request We been calling your mobile number today, February 17, to validate your existing eFOI Request, however, it was unsuccessful. Kindly ask your employer (Suy Sing Commercial Corp) if they already submitted to the BIR Office Certified List of Employees Qualified for Substituted Filing of Income Tax Return/BIR Form 2316 (Annex F of Revenue Regulations No. 11-2018). The aforesaid submission of your employer to the BIR Office will be on February 28, 2023. And the issuance of your BIR Form 2316 from your Employer is on January 31, 2023.
