Dear Ms. Perez:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 17, 2024 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Response to your request

In reply, to get a Tin ID card, visit the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered and submit the following requirements;

1. Duly accomplished BIR Form 1905-Application for Registration Information Update/Correction/Cancellation;
2. 1 copy of 1x1 ID Picture (to be pasted on the TIN Card in the presence of BIR Personnel);
3. Any government-issued ID of the taxpayer.

No authorized representative shall be allowed to secure TIN Card on behalf  of the taxpayer.

Note: BIR Digital TIN ID is also available in the Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) at BIR Website (https://www.bir.gov.ph).
