Response to Request

In reply, It is the employer's responsibility to apply for a TIN of his/her employees through the ORUS Employer Services Link functionality (using BIR Form 1902). The documentary requirement to be attached in ORUS is any government-issued ID that shows the name, address, and birthdate of the applicant, in case the ID has no address, any proof of residence.
