In reply, please be informed that you may send via email your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and your two valid government issued Identification Cards at rdo_4css@bir.gov.ph. Kindly indicate in the "New RDO" Box your intended/new RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your place of residence (if in your case, is RDO 005).
