Dear Mr. Ogot:

Thank you for your request dated Jan 28, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request copy of Income Tax Return from 2018-2020.

We received your request on Jan 28, 2023 and will respond on or before Feb 17, 2023 11:45:45 AM, in accordance with the Executive Order's implementing rules and regulations.

Please be informed that your request for a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for taxable Year 2018 cannot be granted by the Revenue District Office (RDO) because the aforesaid BIR Withholding Tax Certificates were issued in 2018 and records of the RDO on those periods are already unavailable since we follow strictly the four (4) year retention period based on existing revenue issuances of the BIR (Revenue Memorandum Circular 73-2008).

On your other request, it will be endorse to RDO 41-Mandaluyong for consideration and appropriate action.
