Dear Mr.  Delarmente,

I refer to my letter of Aug. 03, 2021, 01:39:35 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return (Form 1701).

May we know where you filed your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
	Your TIN (if self-employed)
	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 
Also, kindly provide us your contact number, two government-issued IDs and your selfie picture, as proof of your identity and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.

Furthermore, the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct. 26, 2021, 10:56:30 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
