I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a copy of my Income Tax Return (ITR) for the financial year 2022-2023.

My name is Karissa Kara G. Masukat, and my tax identification number is 430499232. I am in need of a copy of my ITR for my visa application.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience. 

Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

I refer to my letter of Oct 17, 2023 11:46:15 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, kindly clarify if you have a registered business from the period of January 2023? Or were you an employee (earning purely compensation income) from the period of January 2023?
