While our aim is to provide information whenever possible,  we need for you to resubmit your request as you were not able to comply with the basic requirements for your eFOI request to be processed. Please attach your two valid IDs and provide your contact details/information for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned office. 

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph. 

However, you may directly request BIR Form 2316 from your employer as they are the main source of this document and it is also mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
