Hi I would like to request a copy of my Internal Tax Revenue that I used and need for my application abroad.

Dear Mr. Famero:
I refer to my letter of Jun 07, 2023 09:04:54 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Copy of Internal Tax Revenue.
Please be informed that we called you contact number today June 8 to verify some information from you but to no avail.
In order to identify or locate the requested information, we are seeking for further clarification specifically:
1. Did you have a Registered Business between the period January 1, 2018 to June 7, 2023? Or were you an Individual Earning on Purely Compensation Income from the period January 1, 2018 to June 7, 2023?
2. If Employed, kindly provide the Complete Name of your Employer/s, Employer’s TIN and Employer’s Registered Address for the period January 1, 2018 to June 7, 2023?
3. Withstanding your answer to the first and second query, did you file an ITR for the cited period?
As an added note/reference, if you are an Employee for the period January 1, 2018 to June 7, 2023, your EMPLOYER is required to issue a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year/s 2018-2022 pursuant to Section 2.83.1 of Revenue Regulations No. 02-98, as amended which provides that “The EMPLOYER shall furnish each employee with the original copies of Form No. 2316 xxx.” As proof that your taxes were withheld. This will serve as your Income Tax Return (ITR).

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Aug 31, 2023 05:46:36 AM, your request will be closed.
