You asked for The annual income per barangay in Caloocan City.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance our Office does not have the information you have requested. Annual Income Collection per barangay is not among the Internal Revenue Taxes the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is/are taxed to collect.

You may coordinate with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Caloocan and inquire from them if they have the collection/data.
